Electrical Engineering

Electrical engineering is a branch of engineering concerned with the study, design, and implementation of electrical, electronic, and electromagnetism-based equipment, devices, and systems.
Electric field is defined as the electric force per unit charge. The direction of the field is taken to be the direction of the force it would exert on a positive test charge. The electric field is radially outward from a positive charge and radially in toward a negative point charge.
Electrical engineers work in a wide variety 
industries, and the skills required vary accordingly. These range from circuit theory  to project management abilities. Individual  engineers may require a wide range of tools  and equipment, from a simple voltmeter to  sophisticated design and manufacturing 
software.
